No Contract – Without contract services are Pay-as-you-Go

Our Pay-as-you-Go rate is $100 per hour. Promotional rates and discounts apply to our standard work rates.

Promotions are subject to change. Please verify the status of promotions (or any discount) when requesting support.

After-hours, Urgent, and Emergency support rates apply with No discount to Pay-as-you-Go rates.

Plan 1- $450/month includes 6 hours of labor

This rate plan is designed for small businesses typically less than 10 employees. With this pricing plan, you receive 6 hours of support at a significantly discounted rate.

Additional benefits include:

  • $10/hr discount for additional support.
  • Prioritization over non-contracted service requests.
  • Discounts apply to Urgent and Emergency support requests.

Plan 2- $1250/month includes 18 hours of labor

This rate plan is designed for small businesses typically less than 10 employees. With this pricing plan, you receive 18 hours of support at a significantly discounted rate.

Additional benefits include:

  • $15/hr discount for additional support.
  • Prioritization over non-contracted service requests.
  • Discounts apply to Urgent and Emergency support requests.

Plan 3 – Unlimited support, monthly rates are determined by business needs

Our goal is to help our customers to be successful by mitigating IT issues that slow you down. We realize the need for IT support is 24/7. Rest assured that we are available to help. While supporting your business we must also value the work-life balance of our employees. We reserve the right to charge the following labor rates on services conducted outside of normal business hours.

After Hours Support

Support requests outside of our normal operating hours: After-hours support is billed at 1.5 times the normal rate. For Non-Contract customers, the rate will be $150 per hour before discounts.

Example:   $100 x 1.5 = $150 per hour

Urgent Requests

Urgent requests are expected to be resolved the same day when less than 24-hour notice has been given. Urgent requests are billed at 2 times the normal rate. For Non-Contract customers, the rate will be $200 per hour before discounts.

Example:   $100 x 2 – $200 per hour

Emergency Requests

Emergency Requests require immediate support that may interrupt work for other customers. We are willing to stop what we are doing and head your way. Emergency requests are billed at 3 times the normal rate to ensure that we properly support all of our customers. For Non-Contract customers, the rate will be $300 per hour before discounts.

Example:   $100 x 3 – $300 per hour

Holiday Support

Requests during observed holidays are billed $500/hr during business hours. After Hours support will not be available on observed holidays.
